Temporary Lane Closure on Connecticut Avenue NW Begins June 11

(Washington, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT)  will implement lane closures along Connecticut AvenueNW between Macomb Street NW and Quebec Street NW beginning on June 11. The closures will allow DDOT to conduct utility test pitting as part of the Cleveland park Streetscape and Drainage Improvement Project.

All lane closures will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15, 2018.

The utility test pitting will impact the travel and parking lanes along this corridor.

Variable Message Boards, temporary signage, and channelizing drums will be in place to guide the traveling public around these lane closures.

DDOT encourages all motorists to stay alert as they travel through this work zone.
