The glass facade east of the alley (to the left when facing the photo) is The Ventana, a condominium with two ground floor casual dining establishments, Between the Ventana and the alley is one of the block’s historic buildings where LivingSocial and then Prequel were tenants. To the west (right when facing the image) of the alley are historic facades with new construction behind them. The ground floor has a spin or similar work out place followed by Anthropologie and J Crew, then the building’s entrance, followed by a lower price point woman’s retail shop and Peruvian Connection on the 10th Street corner. The 930 Club was once in the building that had 930 F Street as its address; that was decades ago.
