DCist: D.C. Loses Another Local News Outlet As DCW50 News At 10 Folds

DCW50 News at 10, a local news broadcast in Washington, is folding at the end of this month. The last broadcast will be on September 28, and all of the station’s photographers and reporters will lose their jobs. NBC4’s Mark Segraves was the first to report on the broadcast’s shuttering Thursday on Twitter. DCW50 is the region’s CW-affiliated channel, and Tribune Publishing owns the 10 p.m. newscast.
