Public Release of the O’Melveny & Myers Report

WASHINGTON, D.C. –Today, November 5^th, Ad Hoc Committee Chair Mary M. Cheh (D-Ward 3) publicly released the O’Melveny & Myers report in the matter of Councilmember Jack Evans. The report, released to members of the Ad Hoc Committee on Monday, the 4^th, was made temporarily confidential to allow the Council’s Office of the General Counsel the opportunity to review its findings and make redactions where appropriate. Now that the General Counsel’s review process has been completed, the report has been made fully public.
