Press Release: DDOT to Modify DC Streetcar and DC Circulator Service for Christmas and New Year’s Holidays

(Washington, DC) — In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will modify the service schedules for the DC Streetcar and the DC Circulator as follows:
DC Streetcar:
- 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve – Normal operation
- 12/25/2019 Christmas Day – Closed
- 12/31/2019 New Year’s Eve – Service extended until 2:00 a.m.
- 1/1/2020 New Year’s Day – Shortened service from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
DC Circulator:
- 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve – Normal operation
- 12/25/2019 Christmas Day – Closed
- 12/31/2019 New Year’s Eve – Service extended until 2:00 a.m. on three routes: Georgetown-Union Station; Rosslyn-Dupont Circle; and Woodley Park
- 1/1/2020 New Year’s Day – Normal operation
