Happy Thursday. Just ahead of the Memorial Day weekend, Mayor Muriel Bowser announced tentative plans to begin reopening the District’s economy at the end of next week — as long as DC officials continue to see reduced community transmission of COIVD-19, a trend now in its 11th day.
