DCist: D.C. To Temporarily Ban Indoor Dining Starting Next Week

Mayor Muriel Bowser’s administration will soon be announcing new restrictions on indoor dining in the District, prohibiting customers from eating inside restaurants starting December 23. The news comes just before Christmas, as the city’s COVID-19 tracker continues to show a high daily case rate, more than 35 new cases each day per 100,000 people.
