Two masked people jumped out, pointed guns at the owner of a BMW parked at a pump and demanded his keys, which he quickly tossed to them. “Just got carjacked at gunpoint … I am okay. But they got my car,” Nate Fleming tweeted shortly after the Jan. 15 incident. Mr. Fleming is a candidate for D.C.
