Goggans was among more than a hundred demonstrators who gathered outside the steps of the building after learning about the precarious future of abortion access in the U.S. According to a draft opinion obtained by Politico, and later confirmed to be accurate by Chief Justice John Roberts, a majority of justices intend to strike down the landmark 1973 Roe v.
