Washington Business Journal: Water-damaged NoMa hotel subject of multimillion-dollar dispute

Heavy rains last spring allegedly caused substantial damage to the citizenM hotel being built in NoMa, delaying the project’s completion by several months and sparking a multimillion-dollar dispute between the project’s development team, its general contractor and its insurance company.
