As DC’s affordable housing sector continues to raise alarm about high levels of unpaid rent among tenants, Mayor Muriel Bowser this afternoon announced a proposed legislative package that would extend the temporary changes to eviction timetables and the Emergency Rental Assistance Program enacted in October.
