Washington Post: Hope Village halfway house will release some residents to home confinement because of coronavirus concerns

A judge on Tuesday rejected a request that he order a D.C. halfway house to begin reducing its population of nearly 200 men, after federal prison officials said Tuesday that 13 residents were set to be approved for release to home confinement and an additional 30 to 40 men could be released in the next week.
