MAYOR Muriel E. Bowser’s (D) plan for D.C. schools to start providing in-person learning by the end of this month has some teachers, parents and students worried about health risks. Concerns that reopening schools could speed the spread of the novel coronavirus cannot be dismissed, and more needs to be known about what precautions will be put in place.
