Police believe the girl, who fortunately did not suffer life-threatening injuries, was the victim of a stray bullet. Four days earlier in Northwest, a 12-year-old boy was shot in the face while walking back from a store with a friend. He, too, thankfully survived, and police are looking for three suspects.
