I ve been complying for 4 years with Smile Direct to see no Benefits nor a corrected Smile wearing Their Aligner Program!
My Dentist that I see every 6-months has stated that I will not get results wearing Smile Direct Aligners but will with true Orthodontic Braces as my jaw has to be widened in order for a tooth behind lower teeth to come in between.
I called Dental Team @ Smile Direct yesterday 2.1.23 & the gal that I spoke to in great detail of my Dis-Satisfaction & 4 years of hoping for the corrected Smile has not happened & now ready to seek Local Orthodontist with upcoming appointment scheduled.
I paid $1,800 approx & can find out exact $ amount.
Account Manager emailed same day saying she can offer me $825 & we can did-continue all treatment.
She also stated that this amount far exceeded the normal refund!
