Washington Post: D.C. offers scant details about 911 calls reporting District Dogs flood

D.C. officials released limited new details Thursday about the emergency response to flooding that killed 10 dogs at a doggy day care in Northeast Washington, saying they were still reviewing radio transmissions and conducting interviews to determine whether dispatchers and firefighters acted as they should have in getting help to those in the building.
