The DC Council is scheduled to kick off tomorrow’s long-awaited public hearing on revenue proposals for next year’s DC budget with testimony from former Mayor Anthony Williams, the longtime CEO and executive director of the Federal City Council who has also led the DC Tax Revision Commission.
